The three ways mentioned above will combine together to make such great improvements. When you use the caffeine for specific activity like paddle racing, it seems easier to improve your performance by sparing glycogen and enhance your muscle contractions, thanks to the caffeine.

Make sure you keep this in mind when doing kauai paddle boarding. if the activity is not so serious to conduct, you could exclude the caffeine from your plan.
